Oregon Nutrition Education Program

Another great website to find information how to keep healthy through nutrition. The purpose of the website is to educate people, especially children on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle from a young age.


Most of the resources are free and are in .pdf format which are filled with pictures and activities for young kids.  They will love learning through those worksheets.


Activities for parents are available. Get the adults involved in your class/school and teach them how they can educate the kids at home and help the kids to learn how to be a better consumer.
